Just picked my Jaguar S type from Mr clutch, Kingston. Ian the manager who I’ve known for a long time dealing with my car was on site and handled problems relating to my MOT with his usual courtesy and efficiency. Very commendable. In the past I’ve had problems with other personnel, notably when my car had to have a new servo fitted. On top of the cost which was eye watering, top cover brackets removed were not replaced and were never found when I went back to complain! I had to wait for a number of days for the servo to be fitted “because the guy dealing with it was away”! The main vent for my air con/heater does not work now and I believe something happened during the servo fitting to affect it. Nice Ian is back again just when I was going to change to another garage.
