Extrealy poor customer service. They never get back to your call. My car has been with them over 4 days and yet did not diagnosed the problem. I gave my car in for a service and came out the next day with more major faults. Very very disappointed with BMW never I will go there again

Avoid by all means. It took me ages to make an appointment as they never called me back, put on hold for a very long time, etc. I finally got to speak to a very rude lady. Poor service from A to Z, very expensive. Just go somewhere else.

They could improve things with being more customer friendly, this isn't hard to achieve because I've been to various bmw dealers over the yrs and other places treat customers very well.

On top of that, hexagon charges much more money than other dealers, so for higher asking price you'd expect a goid service right? Wrong, instead they totally under deliver. In my opinion, there are far better places to go to even if it means travelling longer. Driving an hour somewhere else will save you in the long run.

Always seem to take an age to get through to service personnel who rarely return calls when they say they will. Off hand approach by staff and lots of leaving of messages. Always seem to have a priority of dealing with a 'customer' rather than helping me. What am I if not a customer? Much better service from other dealers in north London to whom colleagues go, and I will now follow them.

The staff over promise and under deliver. Not enough staff and always too busy with someone else. Charge premium prices for unsatisfactory service. Go elsewhere is my suggestion which is what I have now started to do.

Poor management , staff turnover is very high which is always a bad sign, totally focused on money , looks like its being run into the ground.been using the dealer for 7 years and have gradually seen the change from friendly and helpfull to money driven, shame ! They need to improve

I had my car serviced by hexagon last week, the service that i recieved was first class. Everything was completed on time and the car was returned clean, i was very impressed.

Staff are rude and unprofessional.....calls are rarely successfully transferred from reception and when you do get through you are treated like they are "too busy" to deal with you even though you are a paying customer.
Overall the staff just sound like not very nice people and a few have a slight attitude problem.
