Put an exhaust on a Vespa it came loose twice in a month and they tried to charge me to refit their own original poor job, I will not go there again for sure
Response from franco manager
we tried explaining to the customer that the exhaust nuts has being lost after while , this is the reason for the noise of the exhaust , she never let us talk or explaining to her what really happens, and it is very sad when people don't understand we are talk about a old scooter 15 years plus, vespa, et4

Great service, reasonably priced and so quick its like a pirstop service. Im an independent courier and usually leave everything to the last minute. I head to Francos and have never had to wait longer than 15 mins. These are the good guys. I highly recommend them.

These are the good guys. The good guys. popped into Francos to buy a bike, nearly bought a honda vision, 50cc, but never. No hard sales pressure, lots of good advice, ended up getting a honda vision 110cc from private seller elsewhere. But kept phoning Francos over the weeks up to sale for advice on what to look out for when I was choosing my bike. very helpful staff and where i'll be going for my bike maintanance....and it is a lovely bike :-)

I've been using Franco's to service and fix my Yamaha XT660X for a couple of years now. They have always been quick, reasonably priced and have done good work. They are friendly and unlike a lot of other bike garages I have been to, they don't treat the customer as an annoyance, they take time to explain things properly and good service is important to them.

They also try very hard to fit your bike in even if they are very busy and you have left it to the last minute (as I usually do).
