The proprietor is not a computer specialist, who takes advantage of people who are not really that computer literate. He builds the computers himself with software he thinks you need. They start to go wrong within a year. Find out what warranty you get as if anything goes wrong you have to sort it out yourself. After service care is non-existent - be careful. I suggest you avoid this place.

We have a professional degree in IT hardware and software. We do not take any advantage of our customers. We give them all options and they decide. This customer left revive had six options to choose from. Each option explained him well and it took him three weeks to decide which one to go for. He brought back once as faulty. Item well tested and no fault found. This proved to him as well. System sold him with one year warranty, excluding user faults as any other manufacturer does. We used all top brands in his system so they also come with manufacturers warranty after one year. Some items have three years some items has life time. Even Dell, HP and other big companies doesn’t offer these warranties as standard. Their warranty also doesn’t cover user faults. If you return them non-faulty items they charge you a testing and handling fee but we didn’t. Where else could he get better service than this?
