I write with response to your feedback and my conversation with you last week. Thank you for removing your posted comments of the other online sites. As you advised you were unable to remove this one and suggested that I respond instead, hence my reply. I appreciate you informing me that you posted this comment in frustration and before we were given the opportunity to make better the situation.

It is very rare that we have a situation like this, whereby the job is delayed and works do not go according to plan. We have always and will continue to endeavour to carryout work as professionally and in a timely manner as possible. We did complete the works and we came and hand delivered a gift voucher and a bottle as a kind gesture for the inconvenience caused. We also provided you with a painter/ decorator at our own cost and strictly informed you, not let him leave your premises until you are totally satisfied with the repair works.

No one is infallible and as already mentioned, we did not back away from our responsibility as we clearly saw that job through to completion.

We have been trading for over 13 years, which clearly shows that we are an established company with experience, therefore hope this does not deter other customers looking to use our services.
