We have just used Queens Park Glass for a big job - replacing our sloping studio windows.. Under the guidance and with the expertise of their wonderful manager, Alan Hill, they did a great job, in very quick time and for a reasonable price.. We are definitely going to use them again..

This company do not understand the basic premise of selling a product and service to a customer. If they want to keep customers, they need consistently deliver when they say they will, no excuses, follow some sort of coordination between their staff so that they all know the status of a job, not just one person who is not contactable.

This company is not reliable at all. If you are looking for efficient service I suggest you look for another one. It been two months that we hired them to take care of a broken window with a broken frame and a hole in it, and we are still waiting for the reparation and the new window. They are absolutely not organised. The only good point is that at least they are very nice and friendly.

We used Queens Park glass to put up a splash-back in our new kitchen. We found Allen and his team to be courteous, and efficient. Delivery was on time.
We have no difficulty in recommending this company

Wish I'd read the negative reviews first. Badly organised, seriously overdue work, they don't communicate with each other nor the customer - and they break every puppy-eyed promise that they'll phone, playing customers for fools. They use every excuse in the book - it's always somebody else's fault: 'the van has been out of action for 10 days', 'the cutting machines are waiting for engineers to repair them', 'the suppliers need chasing'. I can't understand how they're still in business. I also want to support local shops, but I certainly won't be going back to this one.

I have to agree with the other negative review on this site.
Used them because they are local and very friendly but have had to chase a fair few times and they say they will call back and don't. It's a real shame since I like to support my local businesses. Will be going further afield next time for sure.

Just a quick line to back up the good review. Good communication, good price, good service - sash cords replaced quickly and efficiently. One of the four pieces of glass was wrong size but might have been my fault, others spot on and nicely polished. Recommended.

I was so pleased with the service from Queens Park Glass. Tracy and Alan managed a same-day quote and managed to fit my job in within the week even though one was a double-glazed unit that had to be made up specially. They were constantly in touch with me and kept me informed - they went the extra mile. I know where to call in future!

I have used this company 4 or 5 times for mostly framing but also glass. Each time I have vowed never to go back but as they are very close to me returned. Really never again!
The work is ok but the service and communication is incredibly bad. This last time, having told them we needed the frames really quickly, we arrived on appointed day for collection to be told the frame not in stock...choose another. And yes they had a contact. And on every other occasion the story is the same. They are ALWAYS twice as long as they say, and NEVER call to communicate. First time I have given 1/10.
