We had a disappointing experience overall. The units we were advised on were not a good fit for our bathroom, in spite of us discussing all our measurements and bathroom challenges prior. Based on our recent design and installation experience, I would recommend the following to avoid the difficulties we had. Insist they draw up a design for you instead of just talking things through so mistakes and discrepancies don't creep in, and you know exactly what is being ordered and how it will fit down to the last centimetre. Also get a fully itemised bill and ask to check against the product catalogue so you can know what discount if any you are being offered against the retail price. Don't commit to any item until you are completely satisfied, don't be rushed into making a decision. The shop was closed on 3 occasions unexpectedly during their opening times, so make sure you ring beforehand as there is no guarantee that the shop will be open when you get there.
