I placed an order for some made to measure curtains a few weeks ago but was told 5 days later that the material I had selected was no longer available. I went in today, concerned, as I had read the previous review about their 'no refund policy' and no longer wanted to give them my custom.
There were 3 ladies present in the shop and I spoke to the asian one, feeling she was in charge. To my surprise, she understood and offered me a full refund, after I said that with another lockdown on the horizon, I just wasn't sure anymore.

I went today to this shop, bought a curtain, the lady who served me was very nice and I left the shop satisfied. However, I went home and I put the curtain to wash in a short program with low spin. As I hang the curtain noticed damages, threads pulled in three different areas. Went back to the shop, and this time was different staff, which were not helpfull at all, telling me that there is a fault in my washing machine. Tried to explain to the staff that there is nothing wrong with my washing machine as it is a new one. All I wanted is an exchange and I would have gone for a different quality of curtain as the one I chose was obviously not a good quality for a long lasting product. I was told to come back and see the person who sold the curtain to me. Never been so frustrated in my life,, this two member of staff would not take responsibility and help me, instead were rude and would not listen to my concerns about the product. In a shop as this, where the rules are made as it please, as a consumer you can only feel frustration and disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to buy any product from this shop as your consumers right are not taken into consideration.
