Went there today for lunch with my kids. I asked for a hot chocolate without froth, it arrived covered in it. My daughter asked for a paninni without any sauce, it came with mayo. We asked for extra napkins (we were only given 2 between 4 people) they never arrived. We were sat outside with a promise to find an inside table. Once sat we were ignored and just left in the cold. I complained to a member of staff who said she's speak to her manager who didn't bother to come and talk with us. Needless to say I won't be returning.

I have just taken over Cinnamon cafe at the end of March.
I would like to invite your family for lunch to see the difference in the service.
Cinnamon is a beautiful cafe with a lovely vibe and it is a shame that you did not enjoy your time there.
As it is under new mangement I am sure if you return you will notice the change.
