Their customer service is shocking. The shift manager is just plain rude to customers even when he himself admits that the customer is very loyal and they don't want to lose the business. An hour and a half after placing an online order and two phone calls to the shop the shift manager turned up with cold burnt pizza apologising for the original driver going to the wrong address and asking us to accept the food for free and he would refund the payment as soon as he got back to the shop. STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND!!

The reception team are hardworking. Hussein took my call and I was amazed on his service to me. I would definitely recommend this pizza hut. Great offers. 5/5
