Improve delivery time and stop delivering cold pizza and melted ice cream

I ordered pizzas which made me and my husband really sick. When I called to discuss it with the manager he was extremely offhand and dismissive. I was so incensed that I emailed customer services and my complaint was apparently referred to the franchisee but I heard nothing. They should deal with customer complaints more responsibly and take action where appropriate. As it is, they did nothing so I won't be going there again.
