Cricklewood Bagel Bakery

I've ordered a cake for a party here after a friend suggested that they make lovely cakes that taste absolutely amazing. So when I was ordering the cake, the lady was being rude and telling me to hurry up. The cake was made on time. It was absolutely delicious. After this experience I decided to go back and order another cake for my mother. I was left to deal with the same lady, who was being utterly rude and disgusting. I left the bakery not ordering because of her attitude. Ordered cake from Bagel Delight down the road who have nice staff and the cakes are much cheaper. Staff need training

They make amazing cakes but the staff are way too rude. They seem to be like this to everyone. Staff need training to be kind to the costumers.
