The man that works there needs to have a long course in how to speak to customers , i've never been so rudely spoken to in any shop in my life when I am paying for it. Shocking

First of all, I would like to apologise for any offence caused to the reviewer. We take any criticism very seriously, consequently I would appreciate a little more information as to the circumstances to see if we can improve on our customer service. We have been serving in the local community for nearly 20 years and we have many happy customers so rest assured this matter will be thoroughly investigated.

My mother in law brought my daughter a cake for her birthday Delicious Bakery it was decorated in her favourite cartoon character Peppa pig. The cake was so creamy and decorated with fresh fruit it was a hit at her party so much so that I returned a few months later to buy a cake for my son's birthday.

I discovered this bakery about 3 years ago while having a nostalgic walk through Kensal Rise,my stomping ground during my high school years.
Shop front was inviting not too crowded and every thing looked deliciously homebaked.
On entering my olfactory senses were pleasantly assulted by de products sweet and savoury, coffee was also available.
I was spoilt for choice but settled on the lemon sponge and have been hooked since!
All the sponges are definatly worth the calories!
Also sampled the cornish pasty, generously filled and very tasty.
Ali the owner is enthusiastic about his products as is his Mum who helps out and is
I think in some way responible for the scrumptious food.
The shop is very worthy of it's name.
