Used recently for Click and Collect - the vendor is monolithic and unsmiling. There are friendlier trees. Got the parcels eventually but with some effort. Was very pleased to leave the place.

Don't ever send your parcel here. I went there on Saturday to collect my parcel and they said to wait (they were totally aware of the parcel coming and they refused it). Don't ever go there, stay away like the plague!

This store lost my parcel, after i showed the store manager the confrimation that it was sent to his store he was very rude and didnt listen he just jumps down the throat before you can even finish your sentence. Very unprofessional i will not be trusting them with my parcels again!
