Taste Of Lahore

I've been going here for years, and it's one of my favourite local restaurants. The food is delicious and amazingly priced, and drinks are fairly cheap too! It can get crowded during evenings and weekends as it's very popular with locals. The waiters are sometimes a bit unapproachable and you may have to ask more than once for tap water. But, food is great, atmosphere buzzing, and at £2.50 for a kebab roll, it can definitely give Tayyabs a run for its money.

Superb Indian tucker. Unpretentious, unfussy but totally fresh and tasty this is amazing food at cheap prices. Nothing is pre-prepared so be ready to wait a little as the chefs cook up sizzling dishes (in front of customers of course) but well worth your patience. Staff speak English (not always a given in London) and are friendly, no attitude and reasonable quick to get to you. This has to be London's best hidden gem - all those mugs who shlep all the way to Tayyebs in Aldgate or Khan's in Bayswater - more fool you.

My favorite resturant, so cheap yet tastier than pretty much all other resturants of that nature - and I love to eat out. Its a little gem get 2 piece chicken, chips + drink for £3.50 , generous portions tasty food.
Kebab rolls are also great, this place is bril for students as its so cheap many people come with family, the curry portions were too small personally but Im sure if you say something they'll give more - the service is good some of the staff very friendly, great cheap eat I recommend it.
