Urban Decay

I visited the urban decay store at Kings X station. The lady who worked there was disinterested in helping myself and my friend. I chose an eyeshadow and sparkly eyeliner and my friend the same eyeliner. We went to pay and there was a problem with the till and so we waited whilst it was rectified. When I left the shop I looked at my purchases to find that I had been given a different product to what I had paid for. I went back into the store and said to the assistant that she had made a mistake. She blamed me for her mistake and when I corrected her she said don’t argue and be angry with me, this is your mistake. How could it have been when I know what I had requested. Her confrontational and aggressive behaviour towards me was completely unacceptable when all I wanted was what I had asked for and paid for. The whole scenario left me feeling angry and frustrated and I will never purchase from that store again. Perhaps some customer service training should be put in place!
