very unreasonsible service I was sold a hair product which was not at all as stated when I opened it and the assistant would not even look at what I had come into complain about, complete waste of money,i would not recommend anyone buying anything from this shop in the future which is a shame as I was originally recommended to go this shop.

Don't buy hair extensions from this place - absolutely terrible quality. The hair is so thin, not even a bald person would get full coverage. The owner was extremely rude and didn't even try to rectify the fact that he sold me wispy hair that looked like strands once clipped in. BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND PRODUCT!!!!!

The store has many great products has an amazing service and if would defiantly recommend friends to go there as it is just a easy to get to and the people in there are very polite and nice and always treats the customers with care=)

I came to visit family in london and needed to get products for my daughters hair the service in this store was great. Customer service was a 10 and i will definately be going back there again next time i visit london. 10 out of 10 from me.
