Every time I must wait to get my prescription checked.It is never ready.This time despite being told on my first visit on 04 Aug that it had arrived on 31 Jul it was not ready and come back Monday. So came back Monday,it still was not ready! No reason given why!This device in this day is unacceptable in customer service terms.If this is normal service from Boots these days i am yet another customer going elsewhere.
