The concept is great- I'm not sure how original it is (as suggested all over their website) but it's definitely one of the cheapest. The Fulham branch is really not a very happy place at all, the staff are the main problem and I found them quite aggressive (we ended-up booking another haircut a couple of days later rather than trying to fight our corner)
