Told him to give me a small trim not too much and he cut more than half of my hair, I was not satisfied he didn't do the style of hair that I had asked for. It's been a year and my hair has not grown since.
Don't even get me started on the owner no customer satisfaction the owner is not friendly at all. And changes his price last minute!

I was satisfied with the outcome of my hair that one of the staff done for me, regardless if it wasn’t what i asked for. However the way the owner runs his business i was least than impressed. A good business owner should understand that his customers needs should come first. The lack of communication was disappointing. When you tell a customer the price that should be a set price you shouldn’t change it because it’s convenient for you nor should you decide to change the price once a customer is half way getting their hair done, it’s basic common curtesy. Regardless of this i do believe the member of staff who was doing my hair did a good job. But other than that salon owners should make it clear for their customers in the near future.

Be careful everyone!!!!!! I am very disappointed with my hair ! The owner just want our money and he’s rushing to cut your hair and not doing quality job ! Don’t go there !!!!!

Extremely rude owner, and staff yet with insufficient experience to cut and blow dry hair. My hair was completely ruined. Once i asked to speak to owner, I explained situation calmly and in a friendly manner. his answer was - "if you are not happy do not come anymore" very disappointing.

Every week their staff change. Andy just can not keep his staff due to his arrogance and rudeness. My hair is ruined and he just does not care. You can clearly see his staff do not even have respect for him. Disgrace.

Two weeks later my hair looks like it was torn not cut, uneven ends( so easy to see when straighten ), not holding any shape at all! Most terrible part that stylist cut my hair much shorter than I asked. I decided not to stress about it at the moment, but now I can't go anywhere to correct that nuisance of a haircut! Also don't know how was that possible but after cutting hair at Stylers brushing my hair is a pain- it gets into knots and I tear out a lot of hair during simple brushing!
Pricing is not honest- you don't know what you will pay until at the till!
Never again!

They need to have an HONEST pricing policy.
As it is, they advertise one set of prices in the window and then a different set of prices when it comes to actually paying.

This hairdresser doesn't care a jot about their customers. They just want to take your money - they don't even care if you're not happy with what they've done to your hair. Even though I expressed my dissatisfaction they did not offer to correct it.

The hairdresser can hardly even look at his customers when he's doing his job - he's too busy looking at himself in the mirror, or looking out of the window. If it doesn't bother you that the hairdresser actually shaves himself beside you between customers, or if the staff discuss other customers who argued about the charges while you're having your haircut - this is the place for you!

I would urge you to give this hairdresser a very wide berth. They have a LONG way to go to clean up their act.
