I booked an app with the owner, he was very polite.
I arrived at my app 12 min late. The black short haired girl at the reception greeted me in the coldest manner saying I was 15 min late and she had another app after mine. Her attitude was awful, she was mumbling under her breath and made me feel extremely uncomfortable, I was with a friend of mine and felt so embarrassed.
I told her that if it was such a prob I'd go somewhere else. after giving me more attitude she said I could stay. Luckily QP is full of hairdressers so I left.
Girl loose the attitude and the big ego or loose clients!
