i have visited all the main multiple opticians you find on the high street and never been satisfied that i was receiving the level of customer service i would expect. having been recommended to this opticians by a number of people i made an appointment for myself and my wife. never have i been so impressed by such genuine interest in my health care. i was extremely impressed from the moment i was received right through to leaving with my spectacles. may i say...a rolls royce of opticians. the optician too was the most delightful man you could wish to meet. will never go anywhere else for eyes.

For ten years I had been going to Boots opticians. Having been fed up of the rip off prices, lack of customer service and impatient staff, I finally found this wonderful opticians right on my door step. The optometrist here, is the most helpful, knowledgable and friendly man you could ever wish for. More importantly his charges are reasonable and fair! I was very impressed and I highly recommend.

The gentleman who is the optician here is absolutely excellent. He is very highly thought of in Harold Wood and is extremely thorough and helpful. Can highly recommend this optician to anybody.
