I booked an appointment. I was rung the day before to confirm my appearance. Then, come the appointment, I was left waiting for 15 minutes. Then i find out that there is actually another customer in 'the test room' and i would obviously be expected to wait longer. I said goodbye and left. A total waste of time.
I suggest more care is taken when booking an appointment.

I have known Wojtek since well before he opened his own practice. After living in 3 continents and been privy to several similar practices, Wojtek's knowledge, professionalism and precise application of prescription details has NO rival, in my view.
He has an amazing talent and cares about his patients.
I do not trust anyone else therefore, even though I am 3,000 miles away, I continue with his practice.

This is an amazing independent shop. Owner is brilliant. Our whole family is with him for years. He has as well a great range of vintage frames you can't get anywhere else. Worth a visit if you like something special.
