The Life Centre

Since the early 1990s, we have been dedicated to helping people become healthy in body, mind and spirit. Located in a beautifully converted home and chapel between Notting Hill Gate and Kensington High Street in west London, The Life Centre is somewhere you will immediately feel a sense of community and calm.

Our teachers, therapists and staff all form part of The Life Centre community – but the most important members of that community are you, our students and clients, many of whom have been regular visitors since our big wooden door first opened.

The Life Centre is open 7 days a week, from 6am to 9.30pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 7.30pm at weekends, offering over 90 yoga and Pilates classes and workshops each week. We also offer over 30 natural therapies, provided by some of London’s highest quality therapists.

The Life Centre is also known as a place of excellence for pregnant ladies and new parents and we look after the younger members of our community too, with our range of inspiring children’s activities.
