Since being founded in 1999, The Food Doctor’s unique concept aims to:

- Raise the standard and awareness of appropriate nutrition for optimum health and wellbeing via one-to-one consultations, books and media
- Create innovative, easy to enjoy health foods that taste fantastic
- Communicate our 10 Principles to the public, which are fundamental to the EAT BETTER FOREVER concept.

How we do it…

NUTRITIONAL THERAPY

The Food Doctor’s team of highly skilled Nutritional Therapists interact with a wide array of individuals wishing to make changes to their diet and lifestyle to achieve personal goals or, in many cases, address complex health issues that have been shown to be affected by nutrition.

EATING COUNCILLING

To support the reliable advice our nutritionists provide, we have introduced highly qualified Psychologists and a Food Counsellors, who specialise in all individuals’ relationships with food, be it addiction leading to obesity, or a diagnosed eating disorder, such as anorexia nervosa or bulimia. Equally, having the nutritional support The Food Doctor Clinic can be highly effective in bringing about lasting change in eating patterns.

ACUPUNTURE

Most recently we have introduced Acupuncture to the therapies we offer, as again based on growing research and evidence based practice we recognise the benefits this ancient practice may bring to those suffering from IBS & bloating, allergies, overeating, infertility (including as an adjunct to IVF, which is also well supported by nutritional intervention), chronic fatigue and depression.

The Food Doctor is devoted to the on-going creation of an extensive range of food products, all designed to make healthy dietary choices that much simpler.

You can find our products in most major supermarkets, (Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s Morrisons), independent retailers (Wholefoods Market, Planet Organic, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols) and independent health food stores (Revital, Holland & Barrett)

If you cannot find them locally then you can always buy them direct from our on-line shop, Amazon or Ocado.

All our lovely food products strictly adhere to our ‘clean recipe’ policy - without resorting to fillers, extenders, improvers, preservatives or other nasty ‘science lab’ sounding ingredients. They have all been carefully formulated to be nutritionally balanced, high in fibre and nutrients, low in salt, have no added sugar, and of course taste delicious! This has been challenging, but we have, and will continue to achieve it.
