I went to get my hair done today for balayage treatment. I saw the offer for £180 via their Instagram page so decided to book in on the same day. First of all, the lady spent 6 HOURS on my hair - with the help of her assistant who kept brushing my hair sooo badly it felt like my head was going to be ripped off my neck.

She could see I was in pain as I was closing my eyes trying not to cry and scream. Instead she blamed my hair being “too thick”. As a hair expert one should know how to brush someone’s hair without hurting them!

Secondly , the woman NEVER even mentioned that treatment was an extra £20 , I wasn’t even ASKED if I wanted to include treatment, so when it came to actually paying, I was charged £200! And why I asked why, she said “oh it’s for the treatment”. Absolutely ridiculous they treat their customers like crap.

Lastly the Salon itself is horrible, clutter everywhere, and no hygiene at all with their equipment. The lady that used the hairbrush on my hair looked like it was chewed by a dog, filled with other customers hair and the bristles were half missing…..I not only got my hair ripped out, but ripped off with the price!! Never going back there again.

their customer service is really bad they do not care about their customers and do not answer their phone calls when it’s an emergency i was meant to get my hair done and when it was my appointment time the shop was closed and they did not answer their phone calls i am very disappointed ruined my day i had a big wedding to attend to yet didn’t care i am disappointed

The treatment was just conditioner that they made me pay extra for, balayage was good but it left my hair feeling dry and frizzy.

No hot water, instead they used kettle hot water and washed my hair.
A small sink that doesn’t even fit your head in properly.
No customer service instead they all were standing around talking about their boyfriends and boyfriends not getting married to them!
The hair colour was in no way what I asked for, instead more ashier and she justified it saying my hair needed more “colour” so it would cost more.
They completely ignore you and your presence while they are all chit chatting about their personal lives.
They barely washed my hair as they were getting fed up using kettle hot water and the cold water from the sink to mix so in the end i just said use the sink cold water.
Hairdresser was more interested in finishing quick to take pics for instagram.
Paid far far too much for a salon in Walthamstow - £260!!!

So where should I start. Don't get me wrong their work is good. But some girls just lack in customer service skills. I just find them quite rude and moody. I was charged £180 for a balayage and 'treatment'. The treatment was recommended. But what was the treatment a bit of conditioner left in my hair for 2 mins? They had no hot water so they washed my hair with cold water. The lady filled up a jug of hot water from another tap and poured that over my head. She was so rough washing my hair it hurt..! Had water all over my face my makeup was dripping, hair colour splats all over my face she didn't even say sorry and give me a wipe. I left the salon feeling uglier than I walked in. My hair was so rough and fly always everywhere. Atleast give me a nice finish. Just now had a shower and washed my hair and there's so much colour in the water why because she didn't wash it properly. I walked in with sleek soft hair left with rough frizzy untamed hair.
