They need to improve in every area of their business but the most urgent improvement would be to develop some integrity. Absolutely shocking service, dire communication, awful quality, zero after sales. Massive rip off! Will only refund if threatened with Court action and then demand articles returned first, and then STILL don't refund even after signing for receipt of returned items, and then just stop replying to emails! Hard to imagine a LESS ethical company. Avoid avoid avoid. And no they weren't having a bad day, they have been consistently awful. They don't deserve a rating but this review site won't accept a score of 0 out of 10.
