Refund policy is just unfair. I bought a jumper for my wife and the very same day decided to return it; they just refused saying they only replace it or give store credit. So customers be aware they have the worst most ridiculous policy ever. And when you buy they just don't tell you about it.

I bought a pair of suede ballerina shoes. I have only worn them once, and when I went out the weather was fine, then it started to rain. Obviously no-one can predict English weather. The shoes have now stretched, the suede has gone stiff and they are now unwearable. I took them back to the Chiswick store and the Shop Assistant was rather arrogant and said I had stuck them water.
I was refused a refund and the lady told me to put newspaper in them. They were £30 and i think shoes should last more than one wear.
I think the lady could have been more professional and given me a refund.

I've bought item, wore it and it got one size bigger after first wearing. I went to the shop the other day and wanted to swap the item for smaller size or get my money back however the shop assistant/manager was arrogant and I was told that I should expect this to happen when I buy a jeans for £25.00. Also she compared Benetton to Primark with saying that if I buy something in Primark I will not take it back. No luck of exchange. Also just to add the jeans cost me £35.00 which she should know! I will not recommend this shop to any of my friends and would not recommend to shop there as the service you will get is not worth the hassle. Good luck with your future shop.
