I recently sent an old Lenovo laptop which had close to my heart for about seven years to Exchange Point Hounlow, it's key board was filthy and there was a key missing from it due to overusage and it's screen had been cracked in an accidental fall.
It now works perfectly and appears almost new so, in my opinion despite the company's low high street presence, it had done a pretty good job on repairing the computer.
I would certainly send old P.C's and mobile telephone to Exchange point if I wanted them fixed, .. Well done..

Had been to this store for changing my watch battery. It was a pleasure dealing with them, the spontaneous dealing with humility, understanding and co operation. I will never hesitate in recommending anyone to this store.
I wish them all the very best in their future endeavourments.

It is rare to receive such diligent and careful attention these days.
Fantastic service from Exchange POint. I needed a new iPhone screen because my old one was cracked. The technician did a quick job of replacing it, and the manager offered me a free screen saver as a bonus. Competitively priced and real professionals. I will definitely use their services again for any other issues.

I had a problem with my iPhone it was stuck on startup logo and i was scarred to loose data took it to many shops in same high street but all i heard is i wont get my data back But thanks to Exchange Point when i came to this shop they gave me hope and i agreed for the service.And came back in 30 minutes was surprised they fixed the phone and all my data was still in the phone i would definitely recommend them .Best People best shop Best service.

excellent service ... went to most of repairing shop in hounslow and around but no one could fix my PS4 .i went to them and then fit it. i am very happy with service they provided and most of all the staff is very friendly and helpfull.They saved me alot of money

the best shop and customer service i took my phone to 3 other places in high street they couldn't fix it Thank God came to this shop and they saved my life. My data also saved.Phone was fixed in 2 hours I would definitely recommend them .

Ha-ha…this has made me laugh. Ok first they said they would repair it but I would have to pay, so after 4 days after buying the phone I thought this was unfair, so I did go to trading standards who visited the shop and spoke to the guy in charge, all they kept saying is that I broke it, so the guy from trading standard said that by law it is up to them to prove it, so they said they would. They then come back with the report which just said it was damaged, so again the trading standards went back into the shop and said it was not good enough. So me and trading standard went to repair shop that Exchange point had taken it to, the guy in the shop said that they could NOT and no-one would never know how the phone was damage, now take in mind that Exchange point had already told us that they was informed that it was damaged was done by me. So off we go back to Exchange point and the guy from trading standards told Exchange point what the repair shop had said, Exchange point then thought they was above the law and refuse to do anything, so then trading standard then advise me to take them to court, as me and the guy from trading standard went to leave the shop Exchange point guy came running after us saying they would repair it free of charge. No way did trading standard agree with them, trading standard could not believe that they thought they were above the law. I am now going back to trading standards has the phone as done the same and when I meet with him I have printed Exchange point reply and will be showing trading standards. Please I cannot stress enough DO NOT BUY anything from this shop, they are a joke and it’s unbelievable that they have posted that comment.

if i am not wrong she is the same lady who's Son bought a phone blackberry 9700 from us. and yes after few day she cam along with that phone which had fault in LCD caused by pressure. it was physical damage and warranty do not cover that. despite that we offered 50% discount on new lcd but she never agreed and told us that she will go court. which she never did and she went to trading standard and they also side with us because it was a physical damage. BUT BUT we replaced her LCD without charging her a single penny. i am surprised how she can say that we refused to do any thing. she was served despite her mistake but after a while.

Please do not buy a phone from this shop. My son paid £210.00 for a phone that lasted 4 days, when i went back to the shop they refused to do anything.
