Used DHL service on one day delivery. Husband dropped parcel on Tuesday and wasn't collected until 17:10 on Wednesday so won't be delivered until later today (Thurs). Also, they gave wrong waybill number so couldn't track and had to call DHL who investigated, this took 20 mins because the number was incorrect and they couldn't find any reference to it. Not a great service!

Only use their DHL pickup service if you absolutely have to. My documents wasn't picked up for 24 hours and consequently didn't arrive when it should have done. Not recommended

Im not sure why you would write a negative review for a shop because of a delivery company that uses that shop to collect from. Surely the issue is with the delivery company.
Amazon have delivery lockers at petrol stations would you leave a negative review for a petrol staion if amazon didn't collect from a locker there?
