I switched from T Mobile Pay as You Go to Vodafone on Contract back in April of this year (09) It was the worst decision I couldve made. Vodafone has thee worst network anyone could come across and as for the Samsung Tocco Limited Edition Ultra, it is far from Brilliant let me tell you.
It has resulted in me writing a letter of complaint to TWO Managing Directors at their Banbury Oxon and Newbury Berkshire offices to inform them that I am going to come out of my contract and will cease paying my Standing order to this company.
I should've listened to my husband and got an iPhone when the new releases came out.
Vodafone is the worst mobile phone company anyone could wish to change to.
As for their Customer Service Dept, I called them to see if I could at least change my handset and she said, "yes you can, but you will be without a phone for at least 2 weeks"! As a Paying Contract customer, the least they should be able to offer is a temporary replacement phone.
Utterly disgusted with Vodafone and their highly unprofessional service. I even tried to contact the Vodafone store in Canary Wharf to discuss what has happened AND I CANT EVEN GET THRU because they've changed the number! TYPICAL!
I shall wait to see what the Managing Directors have to say about this whole farce... I'm sure they dont even use their own network!
