The Harrow branch of Carphone Warehouse is really miles ahead in terms of customer service. Having had several frustrations trying to upgrade with my actual service provider, I stopped by Carphone Warehouse to see if they had the phone I wanted in stock - and they did! The advisors are very friendly, helped me find a really great deal, and gave lots of tips on how to set up and make best use of my purchase. They seem to really enjoy what they do and that reflects in the service they provide. IA will definitely return and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their contract.
