I ordered a hand-held posy for a VIP and high-profile event 6 days in advance. It was not prepared in time and then it was made up as a bouqet with water (despite specific request) and therefore could not be used. Embarrasing. Will not use this florist again.

Absolutely lowely service and flowers. Delivery was done within 30min. Very happy, recomend to everybody.

Poor quality of flowers and shabby arrangement. Not very pretty and
made me wish I had gone to another shop. Service was okay but the end product was very low.
Marks and spencer pre made bouques are much superior.
