Always found them very helpful and friendly. Good range of products, open long hours and excellent location.

Shop owner incredibly rude. I was returning a package as his store is also a UPS agent. I will be letting UPS know about his behaviour.
He decided to have an open argument with me in front of other customers in the store about where I put a return sticker label. Totally unnecessary.

The owner of the store seems to have an attitude if you ask anything. If you’re gathering your good and paying, he’s fine and calm. But as soon as you ask anything and have a different view, he aggressively shouts and shuts customers down. Poor customer service, argumentative shop owner. Milk often expired in the fridge. They don’t mind selling expired perishables.

They closed from August Bank Holiday. No information- it is temporary or for good. My ups parcel has been delivered there exactly that day. I don’t have a clue I will ever be able to collect it. No comments.
