Timpson

Rude! Rude! Rude! Walked out of this shop. The two guys that work here are so unfriendly and aloof. Make you feel like you are being a nuisance for walking in. Had to laugh when I read Timpsons customer care slogans on Timpsons home page. These two men obviously haven't completed their customer care training. Decided to go to the key cutters in Liverpool St Station next to M&A called Fresh Collection instead. Was so impressed with the service, even gave them a Chistmas tip. I also have a tip for Mr Timpson, get rid of these employees or lose more business
