Used the shop for a few years they are very polite and helpful and the price is always good .

Little shop that many people use and hope will always have good customers.

I have always had brilliant service in Rayshack and go there for lots of little bits. They have always been very helpful and suggested better lightbulbs that were more efficient and helped me choose decent headphones - he didn't immediately point me to the most expensive, he actually talked through the differences with me and the ones that would be best to suit me.

Love this little shop!

My name for this shop is 'Idiot Electronics'! The service often leaves a LOT to be desired.

But to be fair, they have a good range of stock and their prices are pretty good, so despite the poor service I shop there quite regularly.

I bought a hand blender there yesterday and noted online that amazon was selling it for 15 pounds cheaper (including free delivery) so I decided return my purchased blender and upgrade my blender to a higher model. I went to the store and asked for a refund expecting no hassle as the box wasn't even opened and I am a regular customer.

I was made to wait 15 minutes before i was helped and the "gentleman" that served me told me quite aggressively that they do not accept returns and it was not his problem. He continued to cut me off at every sentence sternly telling me I wasn't listening and to "try to pay attention lady", and then WALKED AWAY from me when i spoke! I was absolutely shocked by how rude he was that I stood dumbfounded with my mouth open. He came back eventually and asked me, "So, what do you wanna do"? He told me I could come back later in the day and speak to the boss but he would tell me the same thing and too bad but it's not our problem.

I will truly never go back to this store again. It has always been my intention to support the local shops and economy but after seeing how much more they charge, and what kind of service I received, I will definitely want to reconsider the benefits of buying online.
Response from Mr Aghaty Director
I am a director of Rayshack Ltd.we have been in this business since 1993 and this a first time we had anyone complained regards to our prices and service.firstly we have hundreds of regular customer and if you where one of them we would have treated you diferently we appriciate and always our regular customer gets discount and BEST SERVICE so what you saying is not true even so you could have called me and complained about my staff and I would have sacked that person.
Also within 19 years of tradeing 1 comlaine it is not bad how ever even that should not have happend
if you like you can contact me now and I would be more than happy to have you come back to us as our customer again, regards to the price you said you saw the same product on Amazon cheaper of course on the internet some time you find same product cheaper not £15 that is a bit hard to believe.
Please do contact me and I would peronaly like to appologise to you.
