Horrible post office service. One of the employees there refused to serve me today. It happened after I was told that I should line up on a different side than I was standing, despite the fact that I stood in line with the arrows arranged in the branch. When I pointed out to the staff that the arrows were incorrectly pointing to the direction of the queue, the man serving the mail window started to be aggressive, raising his voice at me and pointing his finger at me, then refused to serve me. When I asked him for his details for making the complaint, he quickly gave me his foreign-sounding long name and refused to spell it knowing that I was unable to repeat it. He also refused to confirm in writing that he refused to serve me. After returning to the office, I spoke to my wife about this incident and she confirmed that this particular man is always offensive and unpleasant to clients.
