Post Office

I have previously had a sour experience with a member of staff at this post office branch - she was rather rude when I asked her a question about my receipt. However, I had a repeat sour experience from another member of staff earlier this week when I asked for an additional service - hence my writing this review. I will like to point out that there is a poor standard of service at this post office and suggest re-training of staff on how to deal with customers. A paying customer deserves to be treatred curteously at all times. My experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Sadly.

I regularly use 6 post offices across London for my business. This by far has the most appalling customer service (that is if you can call it a service!). The staff are unhelpful and unprofessional. My suggestion is this: There are lots of people who will be happy to take your jobs and do it cheerfully. So leave if you are not satisfied. Do not treat your customers with disdain because you are unhappy / lazy! I requested a proof of posting from a lady at the counter today but was stared at blankly then told they didn't give one for large letters. What?! Avoid this post office - if you can.
