Washing machine broke at home and had the misfortune of using this Laundrette to the machines did not work no one to help you and one phone number with an extremely rude aggressive woman he slammed the phone down on me at the other end I’m now out of pocket with no clean clothes and £14 down!!!

I [ ] hate this place, the drying machine [swallows] your money and there is no one there to help/ complain too. Why not just have the option to place the change in the dryer like ALL other laundromats. I’ve wasted 20 Quid on drying today and it finishes within 5 minutes????
