CaraClean provides a great laundry service. Their online ordering system is simple to use and their staff are friendly and helpful which gives you a feeling of confidence. Laundry is collected and delivered back in a timely manner.

Brilliant service: collect and bring back any washing/ironing/dry cleaning etc and are super friendly and go out of their way to satisfy the customer. Competitive prices. Can only recommend.

I've used CaraClean for a number of years and they've just got better and better with time. They do an excellent job with almost anything - shirts come back flawless, and their wash and fold service saves you lots of trouble. If there are any issues, they resolve it and provide genuinely great service (a rarity in london!). Highly recommended

I use them for there shirt service every week. Few weeks back I had a problem with a shirt coming back with a stain. I knew the stain was tea or coffee and it was on a white shirt so it should have come out, a simple soaking would have done the trick. I called up and complained. They said sorry, told me that I will not be charged for that shirt and told me that it will collected, re-cleaned, and delivered back with no charge. And that’s exactly what happened. What more could I ask for? Well I got 10% off my next order too! Suffice it to say I am very glad I found this cleaner and would not hesitate in recommending them.

CaraClean provide laundry and dry cleaning services to our rapidly expanding 5* serviced accommodation business in central London. It would not be an exaggeration to say that without their phenomenal professionalism and incredible services we would not be in the same position of strength we are today. I have never experienced such a dedicated and friendly group of individuals who in over 2 years have become one our most important service providers. You will struggle to find anyone faster, cheaper or offering a better standard of service anywhere in London.
