Terrible, terrible service. Brought a pair of heels in to get the heel tip replaced - within a few days of -indoor- walking it was already worn down to the nail. Returned to the store and the staff refused to do anything, saying women’s shoes aren’t made for London streets (haven’t had a problem before this). Very overpriced and absolutely dismal quality service - avoid at all costs.

Wish I had read this review site before I used these incompetent, rude bunch of day light robbers. Three keys cut. None worked; wouldn't even enter a few mm into the lock. Offered to cut three more but had already successfully had then cut by then. Returned the next week and no refund as their policy was a week and I returned a week and a day. Not entirely sure that it's legal under The Consumer Rights Act. Refund policy not explained before (why would you admit that the key might actually not work, and then you're screwed?) but only printed on the receipt AFTER I had paid. Totally unacceptable, dishonest and INCOMPETENT!

If I was able to give this company a -5 rating, I would. I paid to have my purse strap fixed and reinforced and a few days later picked up my 'repaired' bag only to realise it was returned to me in the EXACT same condition I gave it to them in. Not to mention, when I highlighted the issue to the young man working at the counter, I was greeted with a defensive attitude. I will never, ever use this service here again. Additionally, I would advise if you have a watch repair, do not use this company either - as I was waiting in line to raise my complaint, I overheard the woman in front of me complaining that a watch she had left to have its battery replaced was returned to her with a horrible scratch on it!! This company has terrible service and takes no accountability for the mistakes they make. If your item is worth ANYTHING, do not go near them.

Incredibly rude member of staff. Sold me a very poor quality umbrella - it broke apart on first use and actually cut my hand due to the sharp metal components. I returned it within the hour and asked for a refund, but he refused saying it must have got damaged in the wind and "it is rain proof, not wind proof".

Absolutely terrible service and staff incredibly rude - do not use them. Plus they charge extortionate amounts. I needed to get the bracelet on my watch fixed - when I brought it in, the staff were confident they could get it fixed. However, after only wearing the watch once after it was fixed, the bracelet broke again in exactly the same spot. I came to see them and the response was along the lines of, "we can't do anything - what do you want - we didn't give any guarantees". Not giving "guarantees" is one thing, but if the thing you supposedly fixed falls apart pretty much instantly, then it's appalling that you are charging for this "service". On top of this, one of the staff had the audacity to provide comment to his colleague along the following lines: "Remember that watch? She came whining".

Absolutely terrible service. Took a dress over around the 10th July. The (nice) lady that does the alterations said it would take a few weeks but it could be done. I stressed that it's a bridesmaid dress for a wedding at the end of September. Every time I went to check whether it was ready the reception lady was incredibly rude and said they didn't have it on the system, then found it again, the tailoring lady was on holiday and now 7th September I get a call to say sorry but we can't do it! Very rude and very late to tell me leaving me with no dress! UNHAPPY

My dress was returned with a discolouration stain. I asked to speak to the manager who was rude and conceited and kept going in circles trying to accuse me of lying when I said the dress did not have a stain to start with. No apology or compensation was offered, only a rude and incompetent behaviour.

The lady on the dry cleaning counter is very rude. I don't need to be insulted each time I ask whether my suit is ready to collect. I won't be coming back.

Totally useless! Had two keys to be cut on Monday, came home in the evening and both are not working. Back on Tuesday, had them recut but still not working; On Wednesday morning the guy refuses refund and wants to try again (what for? Also the profile he used turned out to be quite different, they will never work...!) - Refund policy not explained before (why would you admit that the key might actually not work, and then you're screwed?) but only printed on the receipt AFTER I had paid. Then, mention before that there is a risk of wasting 45 pounds, OK? Totally unacceptable and INCOMPETENT!
