Paul's Bakery

Sirat is very nice woman and she has made me feel really comfortable in her shop in southall. The best cake I like is fresh cream and second red velvet cake. The cakes are to high standard and I would like to thank her for making me the cakes so well.

We have been buying cakes for celebrations for well over 15 years from Paul's Bakery. Whilst overall these have been okay (some have been more miss than hit) our most recent purchase - an eggless cake for a birthday - was not. The birthday was ruined so we decided to return this cake.

What astounds me is not only the poor quality of the cake (which had an extremely dry sponge) but the responsiveness of the manager. No sincerity or apology for the fact a birthday was ruined. He felt the cake was fine, but he would say that wouldn't he? Their policy is to only offer a credit note, which means you have to return and have another cake made by them. We would rather have been offered a refund but our requests fell on deaf ears. Clearly loyal and regular customers count for nothing and are not valued by the bakery. A very sad and disappointing experience.

brilliant cakes and a real staple of southall having been here dince the 90's. always brilliant service and even better cakes. if your in southall this is the place to go but dont take my word for it and try it for yourself!

Pauls bakery is a local cake shop where i collect my treats weekly. i always look forward to buying my cake after work on Friday and sharing it with my family. they have 4 paws and love chocolate. i give this 5 paws up. 4 from my kitties and 1 from me.

Paul's bakery in southall have done an amazing job on my Son's 5th birthday cake . I wanted a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles butter cream cake, and they did such a brilliant job. The sponge was soft and the cake looked amazing would recommend it to anyone to use Paul's Bakery in Southall.
