A very friendly service! Initially very nice and helpful. Although they seem less concerned with the actual animals health than with pacifying the owner, which is not good, since the animal ends up suffering. I knew something was wrong with my pet several times, taking him to this veterinary surgery, and was basically dismissed and told to take him home and see how it went, I took him back again, and then had to kick up a fuss, before they would listen to me and actually do something, they then did something, but I have to keep taking him back over and over again and telling them what is wrong with him and what treatment he needs. So they are VERY RELUCTANT TO DIAGNOSE AND TREAT THE ANIMALS. But are very happy to charge thousands of pounds for the privalege. Despite the fact that they haven't done their job as my pet is still unwell! They just don't care, unless it's about the money!
