Absolutely SHOCKING. I cannot wait til our contract with KFH is over. Completely uncommunicative. Lacking manners and various staff members seem to be suffering from severe attitude problems, a lack of taking responsibility and a complete lack of commuinication between staff members and us as tennants. On numerous occasions they have let themselves in to our property without our permission or prior notice to show round prospective tennants. They also tried charging us for a fridge that was never fixed!!! Very bad mould problem in house that has never been properly dealt with. Constantly had to chase everything up. Very unfriendly and unhelpful bunch that seem to like to pass the buck when it came to taking blame for their mistakes. Not to mention we have never received an apology for any of this behaviour. Awful. I would strongly advise against using KFH for anything. I cant wait til this is over. Very stressful.
