I had a room in a shared house they managed in Oxlow Lane.
We had NO Hot Water, NO Central Heating, a Mental Patient in one room, Drug User in another, both of whom 'kicked doors' at intervals, Front and Back doors that were not totally secured, etc ,etc.
(Only good point is that the Council made me a higher priority on the housing list when they visited and saw the state of the place 'Top Supports' managed).
