Not sure if Anthony Morgan deserves a score of 1 even.... I was impressed that the previous reviewer got his money in 1 month. I have been waiting for 6 months of rent at a time. Absolutely completely useless as a management company. They should be investigated for breach of contract as a minimum and possibly more serious offences.
There is no organization of any part of the process, except collecting the rent from the tenants and putting it in their own pockets.

I am a landlord who used this agency to manage my property and I found this company to be very unprofessional and nothing but a constant headache from start to finish. Paperwork was missing, not signed and statements received were not accurate. Payments received for rent were always at least a month late and with no communication as to why.
I would not recommend using this agency to let or manage your property.
