The Yuppy Puppy

I've honestly never received such bad customer service. After noticing some mistakes on my little rescue dog, I contacted the lady who runs this business: I wasn't angry and was hoping that she would be willing to speak further with me, and alter the mistakes. I was not expecting the rude response that I received. She has attacked me personally, and has spent time snooping through my Facebook profile in order to make unfounded allegations. Please only visit this groomer If you're willing to be accepting of mistakes and/or a poor groom for your dog, because she will not receive you well, no matter how polite you are, if you have concerns. My dog has awful blade marks, uneven lengths of her coat, and a lot of her nails were not clipped. I would have been happy to speak my concerns through with the owner but I was only met with hostility and defensiveness.
