Absolute jokers and con merchants. I have a big dog which admittedly was matted but not drastic as a domestic family dog where we find it difficult to brush her frequently. Long term customer. Sent my dog and got a call saying he could only brush her for two hours which cost me £85 for the privilege. I might also add this was only two hours work which I don’t believe is typical of a dog grooming session. This was on the basis that next week chris would carry on unless she got worse. Came back and chris said he’s only going to brush her again going back completely on what he said. Somehow expects me to pay perhaps £300 for a groom? In any event I’m a trusting customer but this was a complete joke as if I was going to keep coming back for more! Sad I also should mention I have two dogs, when the last time I came , he was shaved completely without any warning and my wife was fuming when I returned home. I thought I’d give a second chance as I’m built that way but service is appalling. Terrible way to treat both dogs and customers. Don’t go there. Read old positive reviews at you and your dogs peril! I might just add the father is a charming gentlemen and I’m sad that I have to leave such a scathing review.

My dog has been attending Trims and Treats for the past year, and she loves going there, and it has really helped her to socialise. I find the team really flexible in terms of picking up times, and short notice over night stays. It is also very affordable for day care in central London, and I would highly recommend them for a friendly, personable and personal service. They are always happy to see my dog!

Yeah it's a nice place to leave your dog for the day if he/she is not good at being left alone but it is NOT a professional dog salon. We asked for our dog to be hand stripped and washed, our breed of dog requires hand stripping to stop his hair malting and for his new hair to grow in properly.
Instead he was washed then trimmed with scissors resulting in the worst malting ever. When we went to complain and talk to the dog groomer we were told we couldn't speak to her as she only speaks Hungarian and inconveniently nobody else there speaks Hungarian.
So not only did we not get what we spe
