The overall trip was beyond fantastic! I am not sure I will ever go on another vacation that was as amazing as this one.This 7 continents travel company was perfect. Just back from travel and holiday lodge really nice themed
rooms comfy clean and tidy staff really nice and friendly
close to all amenities just what we wanted a break for family.

7 continents travel agency did a great job with all of our arrangements -- the hotels were first rate and the tours they arranged were great for our family (our kids are 10 & 12); it was very nice having all airport and hotel transfers per-arranged, as it took all of the stress out of getting from point A to B to C...most of all, We also felt that they provided their services at a very reasonable price for what was provided. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if we travel to again in the future.

I am now back from my holiday and everything went very well, so just to put everyone minds at ease, I had no problems whatsoever with booking via 7 continents travel and in fact I would do so again.It appears everything is not as bad as it has been made out (in my case anyway!)..Thanks..

Highly irresponsible company. They spoiled my family's trip to Makkah and Madinah. I met 4 more families in Saudi Arabia with similar experience. I had to wait for 4 hours at Jeddah airport before they picked us and when I mentioned to their driver that I am not happy about that, he said: "We don't care". I was really astonished by the reply. All their visitors were getting 3 star hotel in Madina when people had for 5 star hotel. One Bangladeshi family had to sleep in the hotel lobby for 9 hours before they got the room. They advertise on urdu TV channels with the name MAKKAH TOUR (0203195

I find this review most concerning and would ask the the reviewer to state when he claimed this occurred. I have worked with 7 Continents Travel LTD for more than three years and Bad language had never been carried out under my management. We treat our customers professionally and politely. Umrah can be a hassle at busy months for most customers. Our skilled staff always prioritize the demands of the customers according to their budget rather than forcing them to give a 3 star hotel instead of a 5 star. It is irrelevant to state about a Bangladeshi family "who had to sleep in the hotel lobby for 9 hours before they got a room". If that Bangladeshi family wants to complain, they will by using our standard procedure which is on our website as well as the booking invoice which is contacting us via email at [email protected]. Performing Hajj and Umrah is not a family trip but a holy trip for any individual whose religion is Islam. It is also irrelevant to state where we advertise and where we don't.

Let us down with the Umrah trip by booking a seemingly 3 star hotel instead of the 5 star requested. The fix was sinmple but they lacked the willingness and the capacity to resolve the issue.

I find this review irrelevant. We value our clients demands by giving them the best package within their paying budget. We can resolve any issue once it gets into our system by the standard procedure which is clearly mentioned in the booking invoice we send you as well as on our website. Our standard procedure states that all complaints must be emailed to us at [email protected] so that we can investigate the issue and resolve it.
