Well, this companies staff are . Ignorant, rude, disrespectful and gave a total disregard for there customer's concerns and needs. They only want to get your money. When they have it they become rude, arrogant and disrespectful. They are absolutely shocking people to deal with. Never known anything like a and I myself work with the public

I sent a barrel to jamaica with this company, so many problems, i paid for a door to door delivery, when the barrel arrived in jamaica, they called up the reciever and told them to pick it up, i paid for door to door. When i called new look travel on many occasions i was greated by a very rude lady who said it was no longer her problem. No help offered just shouting at me on the phone.
Nothing was said at the time of sending regarding any fees which have to be paid at the other end. After keeping the bearrel for a futher 3 and a half weeks, i was then told to pay $12'000 dollars for them to deliver. No help from New look what so ever, the rude person just tried to make me feel stupid.This is the first time i have sent a barrel and i cannot read minds or non existant paper work. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with this company again and DON'T RECOMMEND THEM to anyone else, a little customer service and politeness would not have gone a miss here at ALL!
I paid £270 to send to barrels and ended up paying for storage of these barrels and that was not agreed prior to the arrangement, i was not even told about taxes etc....
NEW LOOK TRAVEL JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND WON'T DO ANYTHING TO HELP IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG. Terrible company for a terrible experience for nearly £400 in total.

When a client request door to door delivery they are informed that we ship the goods door to door subject to custom duties. When the goods arrive the consignee is informed of its arrival and goods are delivered if there is no custom fee. If there is custom fee payable then the consignment is held by custom until its paid. The consignee is informed of the custom fee payable and storage charge payable until the custom fee is paid. When the consignee pays the custom fee to our agent or to customs the goods are then delivered. (door to door)
